The fee for after school care is $320/month per child for full time care. The fee for before school care is $7/day per child. The fee for before school care only applies on days the child(ren) require care.

If a child does not require care for five days a week, parents have an option of paying $16/day per child for after school care and $30/day per child for full day care. This option is only available to parents with a fixed schedule.

The parent is to pay the child care provider the childcare fee on the 1st day of each month, and to keep the account is good standing. E-transfers are preferred and there will be a $20 charge for all cheques returned for non-sufficient funds. Receipts will be issued annually unless otherwise requested. A family can write off their child care expenses. Please talk to your accountant about specifics.

A child care subsidy is available to those families who meet ministries criteria. The amount of subsidy is determined through an application process. To apply for subsidy a parent makes an appointment by calling their local Ministry of Children and Family Development office. The parent is responsible for applying for subsidy. If child care is provided before subsidy is approved the full fee is payable to the child care provider. However, a refund will be issued once subsidy comes through.
